webury.com is an independent family run business and has been retailing in excess of fifteen years and has been selling online since 1997. Based in the countryside and holding firm roots there, webury.com stands for an individual approach; treating customers as valued individuals, they are not a number but a name and are always treated with respect.

webury.com currently comprises several secure online retailers all of which focus around a quality product which cannot always be found on the typical high street - all of the products found in our smaller microsites can also be found in webury.com and this includes ranges from Driza-Bone, John Partridge, Bladen, Brook Taverner and many more.

We believe in all of our products and many of them have been tried and tested by us to ensure it will meet your requirements. It also gives us a better insight and understanding of what we're selling so we can pass that knowledge on to website visitors and customers.

Why Shop With Us...

We may not always be the cheapest although we do aim to supply you with the most competitive price we can - we are "about" service which is something that can be quite hard to come by!

From the moment you visit our site we aim to supply you with detailed shots of our products, a full product description and if we haven't quite got everything you need then by all means contact us and we are happy to provide you with any additional measurements etc.

If you choose to place an order with us we endeavour to keep in touch at every stage to let you know how it's progressing - we aim to hold all items in stock and offer three levels of service ranging from £3.95 for up to 5 days to £7.50 for next day. Most orders received by 3pm will be despatched the same day (12pm cut off for our carrier and next day service).

We work closely with our carriers Interlink Express who share the same passion for customer service as we do and they will email you on the day of despatch with an hour time frame of when your parcel is likely to be delivered (this is accurate 95% of the time). If you are unable to take delivery of your parcel you can simply email them back advising them of a suitable day to re-deliver or alternatively we can request for the package to be left safe or with a neighbour.

When you do receive your order we hope it will exceed your expectations and we have a very low returns rate, however if it's not quite right please simply fill in the enclosed returns form stating if you 'd like to have a refund or exchange and return it to us.

The Story of webury.com

This is the story of a family who have built a business, deeply rooted in countryside values, whilst maintaining a modern and quality service, to suit the needs of today’s savvy shoppers. It began with husband and wife team, Trish and Tim Kreye, running their acclaimed retail shops. The product range was focused around items traditionally found in local rural market towns, ending in “bury” (Ledbury, Tenbury etc). They were ahead of their time, seeing the potential of “online” selling, and, back in 1997, the “web” based, “webury” was born.

It soon became clear that this was the way to go, and so they concentrated their efforts online only. In 2000 they were joined by their daughter Lucy, then aged 18. The business flourished, Lucy took a degree in business and marketing, and with their combined skills, www.webury.com grew and grew. Indeed, it has recently become the company of choice for some television and film productions for that “country” look.

Today, they can boast being the biggest retailers in Europe of the famous Australian brand Driza-Bone ® with their oilskin coats and new clothing range. webury is also the largest retailer of Shooting Socks, and have some of the most colourful available today. Their expertise in Wellies is second to none, with brands like Aigle and Le Chameau – what they don’t know about Copper Saucepans simply isn’t worth knowing! These “lifestlye” products proved to be hugely popular, but their attention to customer service, treating every online buyer as if they had just walked into their shop, won their loyal and ever growing customer base.
