We follow the Royal Mail guidelines for last posting dates and we will endeavour to get your goods to you in time for Christmas; however with the standard service this cannot be guaranteed and the dates below are given as a guideline only:

UK Next Day Deliveries - Christmas Last Orders

We will endeavour to deliver all goods to you in time for Christmas. We use Interlink Express and the cut off point for Christmas orders is 12pm on Wednesday 23rd December, for delivery on Christmas Eve, but we strongly recommend not to leave it this late!!

Whilst we rarely experience difficulties we advise you to place your order before this time to ensure stock avalability. On Christmas Eve the delivery drivers are very busy, the goods will always require a signature and we advise that you are available between 8am and 6pm to take delivery. If no-one is available then the goods will be taken back to the depot and will not be available until after Christmas.

Christmas Returns

We appreciate that gifts are purchased a long time in advance of Christmas and because of this we offer an extended Christmas returns period.

The extended Christmas returns is applicable on all orders placed between 19th October 2009 and 23rd December 2009. We have extended our returns policy; all returned goods must be received by January 12th 2010
