Silverwood Ltd is a family-run business who have been designing and manufacturing bakeware in the UK for the past 40 years. The cake pans are "Silver Anodised". The anodised surface is characterised by a silver, smooth easy-release, easy clean finish and the aluminium core is effectively "sealed in".

Anodised bakeware is an anodised aluminium alloy which is an extremely efficient heat conductor, resulting in even heat distribution during baking and reduced cooking times. The process of anodising results in the surface never being able to blister or peel.
