We hope that any product that is purchased through webury.com will meet all of your expectations. However, in the event that a product is unsuitable then we offer a refund or an exchange service.

> Returning an Item

We do ask that all products are returned to us within 14 days of purchase in a saleable condition - labels attached and in the original packaging. Please fill in the returns form (alternatively click here to print a form) and enclose it with your parcel. Webury.com does not offer a free returns service. Items to be exchanged will be subject to an additional postage charge. We regret that we cannot be responsible for returned goods, which are lost or damaged in transit, therefore please return the goods using a method which records delivery. Depending on the weight of the package Royal Mail Special Delivery is often the best method as this gives insurance and proof of posting. However, if your parcel is heavy this can be expensive and the Royal Mail Standard Parcel service offers a similar service however it takes slightly longer.

> Christmas Returns

We appreciate that gifts are purchased a long time in advance of Christmas and because of this we offer an extended Christmas returns period.

The extended Christmas returns is applicable on all orders placed between 16th October 2006 and 22nd December 2006. We have extended our returns policy; all returned goods must be received by January 15th 2007

> Returning for a Refund

For security reasons we do not keep payment details once an order has been processed and despatched. If you wish to have a refund for your item, we will need to contact you to gain card details, however if it is more convenient then please contact us on freephone 0800 0836418. Please note that we can only credit the purchasers account.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item we shall then proceed with the refund.

> Returning for an Exchange

For security reasons we do not keep payment details once an order has been processed and despatched. A repeat postage charge is applicable to all exchanges; please either enclose a cheque for postage costs £3.95 standard delivery or £7.50 for next day delivery or we will need to contact you to gain card details, however if it is more convenient then please contact us on freephone 0800 0836418.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item we shall then proceed with the exchange
