February - The Quality Tiling Co Ltd I was somewhat sceptical about the performance of these 'waterproof ' trousers when I ordered them. I was looking for a lightweight pair of seriously waterproof over-trousers for warmer days that would not restrict my movement and walking [I train labradors for trials / pick up] and need to be able to have a full range of movement, especially when working in wet soaking crops. I have a heavier pair of 'high end' waterproof trousers which are very good, however they are a bit of struggle when the going is tough / fences / steep banks etc.
These Flexothane Trousers are amazing and exceed my expectations by a long way. They are great to get on and off over wellies due to the side to knee zip. They fit well and don't have a low down crutch, ie they are cut well. They are very flexible and don't hold you back. They don't appear to make you sweat [warm weather [if we ever get any! ] will be the true test. I doubt they will be any good for those beating in bramble and thorns as I would expect them to puncture, however for my purposes, ie keeping me dry and 98% freedom of movement when walking up in soaking crops, wet dogs and Welsh rain, they are superb.
