Royal Mail Strike Action

We have noticed increased delivery delays due to the strikes and these delays are highly likely to continue.
Please note that collection of our parcels by Royal Mail have been cancelled on strike days – we will continue to send parcels on non-strike days.

We are where possible, expediting all deliveries using Royal Mail to their RM24 Tracked service.

If you require your delivery in less than 10 days, please select our Express delivery service (£5) within the checkout. All orders using this service will be despatched with DPD.

Free Delivery to UK mainland for orders over £50

Orders of over £50 will be delivered free of charge to the mainland UK.

Delivered between 8am and 8pm, Monday – Saturday with Royal Mail or DPD.

Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive (in peak times delivery can take up to 10 working days).

Most standard deliveries will require a signature.

Free delivery is not available to some Scottish mainland postcodes.

Offer may be withdrawn at any time.

 

UK Standard Delivery £3.95

Delivered between 8am and 8pm, Monday – Saturday with Royal Mail or DPD.

Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive (in peak times delivery can take up to 10 working days).

Most standard deliveries will require a signature.

 

UK Express Delivery £5.00

Delivered between 8am and 8pm, Monday – Saturday with Royal Mail or DPD. Usually arrives in 2 working days (3 working days maximum). Most deliveries will require a signature.

This service is only available for the U.K. mainland.

Express delivery is not available to some Scottish mainland postcodes.

 

UK Next Day Delivery £7.50

Place your order before 2.30pm Monday-Friday and your order will be delivered the next working day, between 8am and 8pm with DPD. We are only able to offer this service to UK mainland addresses and cannot guarantee delivery next day if you live in hard-to-reach or very remote areas.

We will keep you updated about the progress of your order via email. DPD will also send updates regarding your delivery, this will be sent via text message if a mobile number is provided and email.

Deliveries using this service must be signed for. At the time of placing your order there is an option of providing a brief delivery instruction, or you are able to update your delivery preferences via the email confirmation from DPD. This can include a notification to leave the parcel in a safe place or divert to a local pick-up shop. If the parcel is left in a safe place, you the customer are liable for the goods from this point, and our carriers and webury.com will no longer be responsible.

DPD will provide a 1 hour delivery time window sent to you by text message and email.

If no-one is available to sign for the delivery and no delivery instructions have been left, DPD will attempt delivery with a neighbour. If this is not possible the delivery will be re-routed to a local pickup shop and will be available for collection the following working day from midday. If the parcel has not been collected within 7 days, it will be returned to us.

 

UK Saturday / Sunday Delivery £17.50

This service is available on orders placed Monday-Friday before 2.30pmfor delivery on the following Saturday or Sunday to mainland UK addresses.

Your order will be delivered with DPD. this service is not available to some Scottish mainland postcodes.

International Delivery

We deliver to selected international locations. Select a country in the checkout to see the delivery cost.

If you are ordering from outside the UK, the VAT (20%) will be deducted from your order.

Import Duty: Our products are sold on a DDU (Delivery Duty unpaid) basis. Please be aware additional taxes, fees or levies may be added to your order and this will vary depending on local legislation. You will need to pay import duties and taxes which are imposed once the package reaches your country. We do not have control over these charges and do not hold information regarding current duty rates. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

Product Restrictions: Regulations may prohibit us from sending certain products to International locations.

Timescales: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide timescales for your order and in some circumstances, it may take up to 21 working days for your order to arrive.
