We appreciate that gifts are purchased a long time in advance of Christmas and because of this we offer an extended Christmas returns period.
The extended Christmas returns policy is applicable on all orders placed between Monday 14th October 2019 and Tuesday 31st December 2019.
All returned goods must be received by Friday 17th January 2020
All returns must be in their original condition with the labels attached and in the original packaging. Goods which are not returned in a saleable condition may be refused a refund or exchange or may incur a handling/cleaning fee.
We expect you to have kept the original packaging (including the postal box/bag) together with all labels. All products must be packaged in a protective outer - footwear must be wrapped or boxed as despatched. Any shoe or boot boxes defaced by parcel tape, stamps or returns addresses will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Returning for an ExchangeFor security reasons we do not keep payment details once an order has been processed and dispatched. If the item you would like to exchange, is beneath the £50 free standard delivery within the UK mainland, a repeat postage charge is applicable; please either enclose a cheque (made payable to webury.com) for postage costs £3.95 standard delivery, £5 carrier delivery or £7.50 for next day delivery or we can contact you to gain card details, however if it is more convenient then please contact us on +44 1568 760101. Outside the UK mainland please contact us for a price.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item we shall then proceed with the exchange.
Returning for a RefundOnce we have received and inspected the returned item we shall then proceed with the refund. Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. If the card has expired we shall need to contact you to obtain the updated information.
If the order was dispatched to a third party by us, the recipient will only be eligible for an exchange or credit note. The purchaser is entitled to a refund and will have to confirm they are in agreement with this.
