Whether you’re busy cutting back the forsythia or pausing to appreciate the first rosebuds emerging, these boots for the garden offer the kind of comfort that means you forget you’re even wearing them. These garden ankle boots take foot protection up a notch compared with the Aigle Lessfor shoes. The rubber outsole keeps your feet dry and the soft foam lining and elasticated rim adds to your comfort while keeping thorns and bits of debris away from your feet. After all, when it’s gardening weather, you don’t want to be stopping to get bits of debris out of your shoes every five minutes.
The grip on these gardening boots for women is really impressive: we love how Aigle have combined a feminine shape and fit with shoes that can stand up to some determined digging. Technically not a walking boot, but there’s no reason you can’t wear these to take the dog round the fields too.

To ensure rubber boots preserve all their qualities and shine, they must be cared for in a special way.
Clean the boots regularly with clean or sightly soapy water and after each use when gardening, hunting, sailing or fishing as the material is sensitive to chemical products (fertilizer, pesticide, manure, etc.). Use a soft brush if stains are hard to remove.
Leave the boots to dry in fresh air or dry with a lint-free cloth.
Use the Swipol conditioning spray once every quarter to protect the material, to revive the rubber’s qualities and the boot’s original shine. Solvent-free, fragrance-free, gas-free aqueous-phase silicone spray to be sprayed at a distance of 10 cm then wiped with a lint-free cloth
As rubber is light-sensitive (UV), never leave the boots to dry close to a source of heat and avoid direct exposure to the sun. Store the boots upright in a fresh, dry, airtight place. It is advisable to use shoe trees.
