All returns must be in their original condition with the labels attached and in the original packaging. Goods which are not returned in a saleable condition may be refused a refund or exchange or may incur a handling/cleaning fee.

We expect you to have kept the original packaging (including the postal box/bag) together with all labels. All products must be packaged in a protective outer - footwear must be wrapped or boxed as despatched. Any shoe or boot boxes defaced by parcel tape, stamps or returns addresses will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

If you're after a winter coat that offers supreme weather protection, flattering style and endless versatility the Baleno Ascot winter coat will tick the boxes. The ladies Baleno Ascot four season jacket has been introduced this season following the success of the Baleno Sheringham jacket. The women's Ascot waterproof coat builds on the Sheringhams key points - breathable, lightweight, noiseless and machine washable.

The Baleno Ascot coat incorporates additional features - it is a four season jacket - in the colder Winter months the optional Sally Sherpa fleece gilet or Sarah fleece jacket can be zipped in for additional warmth; the fleeces are also functional as standalone garments. This women's 3-in-1 coat is a highly versatile addition to you coat wardrobe and can be worn in any weather thanks to the simple layering mechanism. With the addition of either fleece the Ascot becomes an incredibly warm and fully waterproof winter coat.

An all round accomplished women's jacket for all countryside activities; we are all loving this in the office and give it 5 stars. The Ascot jacket has been finished with a 2 way zipper and rear vents making it an obvious choice for horse riding and the longer cut is great for walking. This jacket also features a detachable 'Treat' pocket (which your pets will really appreciate!) and a detatchable lined zipped hood. The Baleno Ascot is available in classic navy or Burgundy.

We recommend teaming the Ascot coat with the Le Chameau Country Lady welly boot for an all round performance outfit.
