The Nikwax range of cleaners and re-proofers is second to none in taking care of our outdoor gear. The Nikwax Wool Wash has been specifically designed as a wash-in cleaner for woollen base socks and clothing - specifically recommended for Merino wool it is ideal for our shooting socks.
Wool Wash™ effectively cleans, softens, freshens, inhibits the build up of body odours, accelerates drying and improves cooling efficiency of woollen base layers.
The gentle action of Wool Wash lifts out dirt and revitalises the wicking properties of wool. Cleans safely, softens, enhances wicking, freshen wool and accelerates drying.
The technical information...
"Using conventional household detergents and fabric conditioners will impair the wicking properties of base layer fabrics. Standard household detergents do not stop odours from building up in the fabric when in use. Conventional fabric conditioners leave water-hating (hydrophobic) residues that will reduce the performance of the fabric, preventing it from spreading moisture and working to its maximum potential.
Nikwax Wool Wash™ outperforms conventional household detergents and fabric conditioners at improving wicking, accelerating drying, and removing and preventing odour build up."

Shake well before use. Follow care label instructions. Do not use fabric conditioner. Do not use on waterproof clothing.
- Place item(s) in washing machine.
- Use 50ml of Nikwax Wool Wash™ for front loading washing machines.*
- Wash according to care label.

All returns must be in their original condition with the labels attached and in the original packaging. Goods which are not returned in a saleable condition may be refused a refund or exchange or may incur a handling/cleaning fee.
We expect you to have kept the original packaging (including the postal box/bag) together with all labels. All products must be packaged in a protective outer - footwear must be wrapped or boxed as despatched. Any shoe or boot boxes defaced by parcel tape, stamps or returns addresses will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
